Turnaround time varies by project complexity. Engraving typically takes 3-5 business days, while 3D printing may take 5-10 business days depending on volume. UV printing also varies based on project complexity but typically takes 3-5 days.
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
For engraving and UV printing, we prefer vector files (SVG, AI, PDF). For 3D printing, STL or OBJ files are required. high-resolution PNGs are also accepted for certain applications.
How are quotes calculated?
Pricing depends on material costs, setup time, and processing duration. Bulk orders are eligible for volume discounts which are reflected in your personalized quote.
Do you provide the materials or do I send mine?
